Warrior Morning Report: data accessed
The app requests Gmail read-only, YouTube read-only and YouTube Analytics read-only access. Although Gmail authorization permits reading messages, the implemented report retrieves metadata such as sender, subject, receipt time and unread status rather than message bodies. Microsoft access reads basic mail information and the account profile. A separate API key retrieves public YouTube comments.
How application data is used
Data is used to prepare the owner’s local morning report and compare channel snapshots. The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The standalone application communicates directly with Google and Microsoft APIs. It does not send report contents to an AI service or an application-operated server. If the owner separately uploads a report to another service or requests its analysis in chat, that separate action is outside the standalone application’s automatic collection process. Private report data and credentials are not published on this website.
Storage, retention and protection
Reports containing email metadata, public comments and statistics are stored on the owner’s Windows computer until the owner deletes them. Credentials and the comments API key are encrypted with Windows protection tied to the owner’s account. The application does not encrypt the reports themselves. Local checkpoint files store collection times and the previous channel snapshot.
Stopping access and deleting data
The owner can disable the Warrior Morning Report Windows task, revoke access through Google or Microsoft account settings, and delete local reports and saved credentials. Revoking access does not delete existing local reports. This personal utility does not grant other users access.
Questions about data handling or deletion can be sent to the contact address above.
